Message
脇原 徹
エネルギーに関する諸問題は、我々の生活に大きな影響を及ぼしています。例えば、カーボンニュートラル社会の 実現を目指すことが法制化され、再生可能エネルギーの大幅な増加と共に、化石燃料、原子力のみならず、蓄電池、 水素、二酸化炭素の森林吸収など広範な領域にまたがる学問が必要となっています。また、エネルギー問題を突き詰めると、技術、法制度、経済制度のみならず、根本的には哲学や社会倫理につながっています。
このような背景から2021年に理系、文系といった枠組みを超えてエネルギー問題を捉える新しい研究機構、”エネルギー総合学連携研究機構”が発足しました。2021年～2025年の4年間に、松橋隆治前機構長により教育・研究・社会連携・産学連携といった各方面にアプローチする土台が設計されました。既に80名近くの志を同じくする教員の皆様と多くの活動を行っております。2025年7月から機構長を拝命することになりましたが、より一層これらの活動の幅を広げて参ります。多くの皆様との対話を通じ、エネルギーに関する諸問題の解決を早期に実現する道筋を発信したいと考えております。

In response to strong demands regarding energy issues, we will aim to create by integrating liberal arts and natural science, and solutions will be developed and implemented to realize a safe, secure and affluent carbon neutral society.
